Spring Activities
Exciting time in Pergande household. The kids had their school dance concert this month. This dance is meant to celebrate culture! This was a big year because Presley had to wear a dress. She took the challenge in stride and added her own touch (black high tops instead of black flats). She was so cute and even wore a rose in her hair for the actual dance. Super fun to see the "softer" side of Presley.
Presley is playing Soccer once again this spring (we were sad that Canyon had to give it up due to multiple conflicts). Dad is helping as commissioner this season and taking a break from coaching. Seems like a fun team and Presley embraced her new "Raspberry" colored jersey.
Canyon tried out and was fortunate to make the AAA baseball team for Eden Prairie. Raises the game in terms of competitiveness, which is exactly what Canyon strives for. He's having fun and keeping the family busy with his busy schedule!!

Spring Updates in Pergande Houshold
Pergandes have been crazy busy this spring (which is why our blogs are behind).
Mom's most recent highlight was a trip to Florida for General Mils National Sales. She was able to go early and spend some very precious time with Great Granny and Great Grandma Wanda. Two very amazing women!
While Mom was gone, Canyon was in his first hockey tournament with his new AAA team. His team pulled out the championship and Dad got to know some of the other parents better!
We also found out this spring that Canyon's eyes need some type of corrective vision. He has outright rejected glasses. So we are trying to support him as he explores contacts. 3 fittings to date. Has gotten one contact in so far. I think he has potential and we will continue to practice here. But for now, he wears those darn glasses to baseball practice.
Presley had a very special trip to the Science Museum. Dad was able to attend and truly enjoyed this special time.
Presley also came out of "retirement" to give skating another try. She played on a girls MASH hockey team and really seems to be enjoying it. No idea where it will go. She's my sports sampler girl!
