Okay.... the Pergande Crew is entering a new mode. I have been struggling with how to record our family memories, special things about the kids and heard that a blog may be a cool way to capture our random thoughts and share pictures with our family. So I am going to do this and see how it holds up. Feel free to give us feedback or comments.




On a recent trip to REI, Canyon got his first taste of Rock Climbing. He did an awesome job on the wall as Mom and Presley cheered him on.






Canyon started Soccer this year. Dad is actually one of his coaches but missed picture day because of a business trip. Canyon is really fast on the field and doing great on the team. Presley, of course, is sad that she's not on the team but the team has readily accepted her as the team mascot. They let her cheer at the beginning and end of games with the team.







For Memorial Day, we went camping in Wisconsin with Ron's Dad's trailer. We met up with some friends. The kids loved fishing, boating, and roasting smores. Mom and Dad enjoyed hanging by the campfire, listening to Dad play the guitar, and playing horseshoes. The trailer did get a flat along the way but we are becoming experts at changing them.












Lastly, I am sharing some pictures of the kids swimming. Canyon is doing great and can now swim the front crawl and back stroke. Presley is a wild girl but also a great swimmer. She swims mostly with 5 year olds. The kids have been swimming for the last 2 years. We are taking a break for the summer but these pictures were taken on the last day of their most recent session.
