Memorial Day Weekend Camping at Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park

We went on our annual camping trip with our friends, the Holjes. This year we headed to Forestville/Mystery Cave State park. The weather was a bit precarious with lots of on and off rain and a pretty chilly weather. However, it did not stop the adventures. We enjoyed campfires, hiking and touring the historic Forestville town from 1899, archery in the park, fishing for trout, and caving at Mystery Cave. When the weather got too rainy, we headed bowling for a break from the rain. The kids had a blast, we all ate extremely well, and we hit an all time high without showering for 3 days! It was an amazing a weekend and continues the family tradition!
