The weekend of the summer solstice is often when the Pergandes will throw a big summer solstice party. This year, the Pergandes were pulled in three different directions for the solstice. Grandma Harriet flew into town to help us as we were pulled to different cities. Grandma Harriet and Presley held down the fort in the Twin Cities as Presley stayed busy with baby sitting classes, the Summer Jam Hockey tournament, and soccer games. Ron traveled to Canada to go fishing with family (Uncle Wally and Uncle Bud, Brother Don, and Cousins Bob, Michael, Michael, and Connor. Mom and Canyon traveled to Omaha for the Omaha Slumbuster baseball tournament and the College World Series. Memorable memories for all ending with a nice Father's day back at home.

Omaha Slumpbuster Tournament Weekend started with a fun but crazy and stormy drive and included tickets to the college world series, local Omaha fun (gokarting, left-right-center tournaments, tailgate bbqs), and 4 13AAA baseball games.
